Pulsatile tinnitus (PT) is a complex otologic condition often linked to idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH), vascular abnormalities, and obesity, with emerging treatments focusing on glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonists. Accurate diagnosis and multidisciplinary care are essential for effective management of PT and related disorders.
