What Is the Best Technique for Diagnosing Esophageal Diverticulum?

Endoscopic stapler-assisted diverticulostomy now represents the first-line surgical treatment for Zenker’s diverticulum because of reduced morbidity and shortened operative and recovery times compared with external approaches, write Drs. Hillel and Flint.
