As nice as it is to hear the occasional nice job, we need to perform a more scientific survey to see if we are meeting your needs. We have tried to produce a newspaper that covers the full spectrum of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery, as well as broader medical issues, in a readable format. ENToday is not a traditional academic journal, like Laryngoscope, but we believe it is an important adjunct to ensuring that you have the latest information to help you care for your patients and manage your practice.

In this issue of ENToday, you will find a survey that will allow us to get your feedback. I hope that you will take the time to answer the survey (either on paper which you can fax to us, or online at www.surveymonkey.com/ENToday). We genuinely value your input about how we can improve ENToday. Tell us what we are doing well and how we can improve. New ideas are greatly appreciated. Thanks for your support over the past two years and your input on ENToday.
